What are the criteria for our customers to Request a Refund?
1. A customer can be eligible for a refund if an email requesting a refund is sent by the customer (with the registered email id) to [email protected] within 15 Days of purchasing Our Course/Program. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer's payment was received. As per the banks, the refund can be received within 7 to 8 working days.
2. If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or any Other Regional Language they can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the Course/Program.
